By using the JDQ Public Web Site or the JDQ 'What's New' Subscription Service, you will indicate agreement with this privacy policy. If you do not agree with our privacy policy, please notify us and we will remove you from our subscription lists. JDQ reserves the right to post changes to its privacy policy on this web site at any time, which will then apply without further notice to data collected subsequent to the date of changes.

This document describes JDQ's Privacy Policy applying to information received about you during visits to JDQ's Public Web Site or the JDQ 'What's New' Subscription Service. We protect the information that we gather and use it to:

- Manage our News Subscription Service

What information is collected

The amount and type of information collected about you during visits to our Project Watch Web Site is limited. JDQ Systems Inc. collects two categories of information from our web site:

• Non-identifiable Information
• News Subscription Information

In order to receive JDQ News Releases, you must be pre-registered with our News Subscription Service. During this registration process, a minimum amount of contact related information will be collected. Since the JDQ News Subscription Service is a business system, we only require business contact information such as your name, company name and business email address. At no time will you be required to provide personal information.

1. Personal Information

Personal information is information that is about you, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, social insurance number, purchasing preferences, and financial and demographic data. JDQ will not ask you for personal information other than your name and business contact information.

2. Non-identifiable Information

When you visit the JDQ Public Web Site, non-personal information about your visit may be collected and stored; such as the name of your internet service provider, the length of your visit, the date and time of your visit, the type of browser and operating system you are using, the pages you look at on our Web Site, and the sites you visit before and after leaving our Web Site. We collect and use this non-identifiable information only in aggregated form with information from other users of our site, to generate statistics, measure site activity and to better design our Web Site.

The JDQ Public Web Site does not store a permanent cookie on your computer's hard drive.

Sharing information with other parties

JDQ does not share personal, contact or project information with any individuals or organizations outside of JDQ. Contact information may be shared with JDQ employees, sub-contractors and agents, only as is required to maintain the News Subscription Service.

Legal requirements

JDQ may be obligated to release your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by or pursuant to a search warrant, subpoena, court order or other legal process.
