Upcoming Social Enterprise Social :: Lean Start-Up
October 2, 2012 (Part 1) and November 6, 2012 (Part 2)
Many Social Enterprises today are in the “Start-up” phase of their lifecycle. While an immediate return on investment would be nice, it is not very realistic. In the short-run, however, Social Enterprise stakeholders are often happy and satisfied when they see evidence of accelerated and amplified learning.
This is one of the basic concepts behind “Lean Startup”, a business transformation movement that has become increasing popular with entrepreneurs. Over two consecutive sessions, Jon Morris, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Social Enterprise Dragon, will share Lean Startup tools and case studies that will help your Social Enterprise to quickly discover what’s working, and what is not.
